UPDATE for Version 14.8 release rollout on February 8:

This date is scheduled to rollout the version for TEST environments across all regions.
For this upgrade only, the new version will become available by Friday, February 13, rather than within 24 hours following the maintenance window.

Upgrade requires up to 10 minutes downtime, and is conducted within the maintenance windows:
- Americas and EMEA, Sundays 3:30am-06:00am EST (07:30am-10:00am UTC)
- Asia-Pacific & Japan, Sunday 10:00pm to Monday 12:30am SGT (02:00pm-04:30pm UTC).
