Aurora RDS version upgrade - US (part 2 of 2) Jan 18, 2026 08:30-11:00 UTC

In response to Amazon Web Services (AWS) end of life announcement for certain Aurora RDS versions, CyberArk will be updating our service backend infrastructure.

Expected downtime during the upgrade: 15 minutes.

The upgrades will be performed within the maintenance windows and in the dates as listed below.

- 18 January 2026 - US
- 25 January 2026 - Canada

Further Notification on specific maintenance dates for US customers were shared to Administrators.

The upgrade is conducted within the maintenance windows:

- Americas and EMEA, Sundays 3:30am-06:00am EST (08:30am-11:00am UTC)
- Asia-Pacific & Japan, Sunday 10:00pm to Monday 12:30am SGT (02:00pm-04:30pm UTC).
