Scheduled - In response to Amazon Web Services (AWS) end of life announcement for certain Aurora RDS versions, CyberArk will be updating our service backend infrastructure.

Expected downtime during the upgrade: 15 minutes.

The upgrades will be performed within the maintenance windows and in the dates as listed below.

- 7 December 2025 - Milan, Tokyo, UAE
- 4 January 2026 - Canada, Frankfurt, Israel, London, Sao Paulo, Mumbai, Singapore, Sindey, Jakarta
- 11 January 2026 - US
- 18 January 2026 - US

Further Notification on specific maintenance dates for US customers will be shared to Administrators by December 8.

The upgrade is conducted within the maintenance windows:

- Americas and EMEA, Sundays 3:30am-06:00am EST (08:30am-11:00am UTC)
- Asia-Pacific & Japan, Sunday 10:00pm to Monday 12:30am SGT (02:00pm-04:30pm UTC).
