CyberArk Maintenance Notification

CyberArk is planning to conduct a scheduled maintenance on the Secure Tunnel Backend Connector, which will last for 2 minutes. At the end of this activity, the service will automatically resume. Customers are not required to perform any actions before or after this maintenance.

Expected Impact:

Privilege Cloud Standard Customers (without Identity Security Platform integration): You might experience a short disruption in AD/Radius login, SIEM integration, and remote access connections through H5GW.

Privilege Cloud Identity Security Platform Customers: You might experience a short disruption in SIEM integration and remote access through H5GW.

The upgrades will be performed within the maintenance windows and in the dates as listed below.
- February 1 - TEST tenants, all regions
- February 15 - EU, IL, UAE, APJ
- March 15 - CA, BRA, US - subdomains (subdomain.cyberark.cloud) starting 0 through 9 and A through O
- March 22 - US Subdomains P through Z

- Americas and EMEA, Sundays 3:30am-06:00am EST (08:30am-10:00am UTC)
- Asia-Pacific & Japan, Sunday 10:00pm to Monday 12:30am SGT (02:00pm-04:30pm UTC).

- March 1 - Brazil, US - subdomains (subdomain.cyberark.cloud) starting 0 through 9 and A through L.

The new version will become available up to 24 hours following the maintenance window.
Upgrade requires up to 10 minutes downtime, and is conducted within the maintenance windows:
- Americas and EMEA, Sundays 3:30am-06:00am EST (07:30am-10:00am UTC)
- Asia-Pacific & Japan, Sunday 10:00pm to Monday 12:30am SGT (02:00pm-04:30pm UTC).
